These terms apply when you use Fabius at fabius.online. By creating an account or using Fabius, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Fabius.
The service
Fabius is a personal dashboard. It reads information from apps you choose to connect and shows it alongside your own tasks, notes, goals, and metrics. Fabius only reads from connected apps; it does not post, change, or delete anything in them. Features may change as Fabius develops.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password and sign-in methods secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Connected apps
Only connect accounts you are allowed to access, and only approve sign-ins or provide tokens or keys you are authorized to share. Your use of each connected app is also governed by that app's own terms. You can disconnect an app at any time, and you can also revoke Fabius's access in that app's own settings.
Acceptable use
Don't use Fabius to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- access data or accounts that aren't yours;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to break the security of Fabius or the apps it connects to;
- scrape, resell, or automate access to Fabius without permission.
Your content
You own the content you add and the data Fabius reads on your behalf. You give Fabius permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you. See the privacy policy for details.
No warranty
Fabius is provided "as is" and "as available". Connected apps can change their services, limit access, or be unavailable, so synced data may sometimes be delayed, incomplete, or out of date. Always check anything important in the original app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fabius is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Plans and payments
- Fabius has a free plan and paid plans (Fabius Pro and Fabius Max), each with the limits shown on the pricing page and in Settings. Paid plans renew every month until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges your card, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoices under its own terms.
- You can cancel any time under Settings, then Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to the free plan. Nothing you've connected or saved is deleted when a plan ends; you just can't add beyond the free plan's limits.
- Moving to a higher plan takes effect straight away, and you pay the prorated difference. Deleting your account cancels your subscription first.
- We may change prices; you'll be told before a change applies to your next renewal.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Fabius and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Fabius after changes means you accept them.
